Cullen marries best friend and basketball player Danny James and moves to Italy. Life is good to her until she starts having bizarre dreams of Rondua. Unlike normal dreams, these dreams are sequential and tell a story. Uncomfortably for Cullen, the story often incorporates people from real life. Afraid to tell her husband, she confides her experiences to Elliiot, a trusted neighbor and friend, who listens carefully to Cullen's account of two parallel worlds.

I've found it...the perfect book for the non-reader of science fiction who wants to be transfixed and carried away by the interaction of realism and fantasy! The story of Cullen and Pepsi left me breathless and sobbing. I I'm sure this book has characters in it who'll not leave me for the rest of my life. Incredibly, the book is fairly small and quite easy to read. What a masterpiece!
