A not too sweet, nicely textured chocolate cake waiting to be dressed up with whipped cream and fresh strawberries!!!
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat together margarine, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream.
Pour into a greased 9x12 pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool completely before topping with whipped cream and strawberries.
Yield: 24 squares
